Temporary Resident Visa /ETA
Temporary Resident Visa /ETA: TRV is a counterfoil document by the visa office to show that they have met the requirements to be admitted to Canada as a temporary resident. Usually, the TRV is valid for 6 months but it could change, depending on the discretion of the Border Officer.
The TRV allows you to get in and out of the country depending upon the conditions of your permit/status in Canada. Below mentioned are the different types of temporary resident visas issued by the IRCC:
- Visit
- Study
- Work
- Temporary Resident
- Business
Note: You do not have to be from a French Speaking Country in order to qualify for this program as long as you’re able to prove your French speaking ability by scoring a score of CLB level 7.
